Delivery Policy
- All items will normally be posted by Recorded Delivery within 24 hours of payment being cleared (except Sat & Sun).
- Most UK customers will receive their purchase in 3 working days. International customers should allow 7-14 working days.
- Next day delivery service to the UK mainland is available for an additional charge of £6.99. For this service orders have to be placed before 2.30pm Monday to Friday, with Friday's orders being delivered on Monday. Free next day delivery on orders of two or more rackets.
- No deliveries on Bank Holidays.
Return Policy
- You can return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt.
- All items returned for a refund must be in their original packaging. To ensure a refund the item must reach us in its original condition. The postage is non-refundable.
